Driving Study Car Move

I used to go to evening classes and one night on my way to one of my evening classes on my scooter, now my scooter was nothing special but I had had it for a few years and was quite attached to it as my dad had brought it for me on my 16th Birthday and I had looked after it for many years and it was still going strong.

Anyway on my way to my evening classes this one night there was a bright pink van parked on the side of the road and when I say a bright pink van I don't mean pretty pink, this van was fluorescent pink it stood out a mile, I couldn't help but wonder what sort of company would want to have a van that kind of colour, I slowed my scooter right down as I rode past and read on the side of the van skip bin hire.

I couldn't believe it, such a manly company would have such a sickly coloured van then again if it made me slow down to read what was written on it, how many other people had done just that, maybe there was method in their madness.

I decided to make a mental note of the number and call them out of curiosity they had one of two choices they could either tell me that I could mind my own business or that I was right and it was purely an advertising stunt.

During my evening class I was chatting to one of my fellow students about the van and he also said that he had seen that very same van driving around and thought what a horrid colour it was, but it had had the same affect on him, he too had slowed down to see what sort of company would buy such a weird colour van.

The following morning I picked up the phone and dialed the number from memory and a nice young girl answered the phone, I asked her what was the reason for them having such a strange colour van, she wanted to know why I was asking such a question, when I explained to her the events from the night before she thanked me very much for my call and told me that yes I was indeed right it was purely for marketing purposes that they had chose that particular colour for the van and that it was nice to know it was having the desired affect.
